“If you have struggled with diets, portion sizes and exercise, James has a plan for you. The best thing about the entire program was the ease of following it. The meal plan was extensive but varied and the exercise program was easy to follow. The hardest part was finding the time to prep, but once that was done, the rest was much easier.
The facts and tips that James gives throughout our time together made so much sense. One meal which doesn't follow the plan is not going to ruin the whole journey. If an event was coming up, what can you do in order to limit the damage.
