I’m a registered nutritionist and online coach whose spent the last decade in the fitness industry helping clients build the habits and skills required to be successful for life.
For less than the cost of a generic session with a freshly qualified personal trainer or dietician, I provide clients weekly guidance utilising the methods I've used to get results with hundreds of clients over my career.

“Before working with James I was struggling with losing the fat I’d gained during pregnancy. I’d try for 1-2 weeks before losing losing motivation and regaining any weight lost.
With James I easily lost over 7kg. I moved from a sedentary lifestyle to an active lifestyle. Playing outside more with my daughter, gardening more, enjoyed hikes outside more, got the dogs out of the backyard more and discovered my love of boxing. I spent less money when eating out and beat gluttony that I used to own. I also learnt a lot about serving sizes and how I was eating double sometimes triple of what I was supposed to.
