My name's James.
And while I'm now a University qualified Nutritionist with a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I was once in your shoes.

How long will it take to see results?
The program is designed for rapid results. On average most participants lost more than 2 kg in the first 2 weeks of PROJECT LEAN. Of course, this is based on diligently following the plan and everyone is different.
I also encourage you to approach this as a lifestyle change, and think about it with a long-term mentality. Some of the largest results of past participants are seen after the program's finished.
Does this program come with meal plans?
No. Project Lean teaches you a simple framework of how and how much to eat, so that you can lose fat around any lifestyle or obligations you presently have. You'll be able to take the skills and strategies learnt and apply it to your own situation so you can eat the foods you love and still achieve your goals.
Do you cater for plant based diets?
Yes I do. The plans and templates fit a range of dietary preferences.
I’m worried 6 weeks isn’t long enough, will I achieve my goals in that time frame?
Fair point but this program isn’t about achieving your final BAHG (Big Ass Hairy Goal). It’s about kickstarting the process and potentiating further success. I've always struggled to to stick to a diet, how do I know this will work for me?
I can't guarantee you it will because that's within your control. In my experience the main reason many people can’t stick to their diets, is because they’re boring, restrictive and leave you hungry. In PROJECT LEAN there are no “forbidden” foods, in fact I teach you how to include “junk” foods. And if you’re following the plan, hunger will be minimal.
