Kaizen was created because I saw a gap in the fitness/nutrition industry. While every man and his dog was creating programs and challenges to “lose weight fast” or “transform your body”, very few people were thinking beyond this. 

To what would happen after and when clients achieved their goals.

This is a big problem.

Studies indicate that around 80% of people who lose weight will regain it within 1 year.

“F*ck!” right?

You see, most people know how to lose weight, and have likely lost weight at some point.

In fact, most people are quite good at losing weight. 

The real problem is actually maintaining the weight lost. 

No one wants to lose weight and then regain it.

And yet, that’s still the “diet” model that most PT’s, weight loss programs and #guru’s are pushing.

“Eat less and move more” they say.

The truth…

Restricting calories to super low levels for prolonged periods doesn’t work.

So the last 5 years I’ve been working with clients to address this issue. To not only help them build a body they love, but teaching them the necessary skills and habits required to maintain a fit, healthy, resilient body for life.

To free them from diet culture. 

This lead to me create PROJECT LEAN at the beginning of 2019. PROJECT LEAN was a way to introduce my methods to more people and targeted at those that may not be ready for 1 on 1 coaching. And while PROJECT LEAN has been amazing, I realised that it’s just the first step in the JOURNEY.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long do I have access to the course content?

For life!

Does this program come with meal plans?

You will receive an example weekly meal plan in week 1 but KAIZEN is teaching you how to create your own. We will however go through the process and you will have access to me in order to talk through it and make sure it fits your lifestyle and goals.

I’m vegan/keto/paleo, is that okay?

Fine. I’m nutritionally agnostic. Everything we cover can be applied within the context of your preferred diet.

I’m worried I won’t have enough time?

Honestly, very few people I meet are so busy that they can’t spare an extra hour a week. If you want to make your nutrition a priority, then making time to educate yourself each week is a given. Can’t do it? Then this isn’t the program for you.
