THE CONSULTATION PATHWAY

HOW IT ALL WORKS

 

1. BOOK ONLINE

After purchasing a package below you will be sent an email with steps to book an appointment.

 

4. CONSULTATION

During your initial consultation we’ll discuss your current lifestyle and diet. Analysing where you may need to make improvements and brainstorming ways to make this simple.

2. QUESTIONNAIRE

After booking you’ll be re-directed to a comprehensive lifestyle questionnaire to provide me with information relevant to our consultation.

 

5. EMAIL PDF REPORT

Once the initial consultation is over I’ll shoot you a 1 page PDF with the main points we discussed and some focus points moving forward.

3. TRACK INTAKE

To save you time and money, I’ll get you to track your food and drink intake over a minimum of 3 days prior to our consultation.

 

6. APPLY&FOLLOW-UP

Then it’s over to you to apply what we discussed. We’ll also book in a follow-up consultation to reflect on how you’re going and continue to build the necessary skills.

What Package Should I Get?

If I’m completely honest, very few people are going to succeed after just one consultation. I say this having worked with clients for over 5 years, with half of those being in person consultations at a Dieticians office and the other half working with clients online in an ongoing fashion. The clients I see the most and who check-in regularly are the ones who achieve and maintain the best results.

So why even do consults?

A good question.

For a long time I didn’t offer consultations because 95% of people do better when they’re accountable to someone weekly. When they’re reminded of what they should be focusing on and have access to me 7 days a week.

But that isn’t for everyone. So for those of you who may not want coaching or who prefer the old school method of fortnightly/monthly consultations, this is for you.
