It would be beneficial to have one for sure, however it’s not absolutely essential. You can still make great progress with home workouts, although you’d need some very basic equipment like resistance bands etc.

We'll come up with multiple options and contingency plans based on your day to day life so that you're not left scratching your head and having to make unnecessary decisions on the run. You'll know what to eat if you're out and about or get stuck at a work morning tea. We'll also teach you how to whip up tasty, goal aligned meals in less than 10 minutes that won't leave your partner bored or children pushing the plate away.

Unrivalled levels of support and accountability. With instant messaging, weekly progress reports and time available for weekly calls, I’ll be there with you each step of the way to provide support and answer any questions you may have. Kinda like your personal nutrition ‘Siri’.
