I’m a registered nutritionist and online coach whose spent the last decade in the fitness industry helping clients build the habits and skills required to be successful for life.
For less than the cost of a generic session with a freshly qualified personal trainer or dietician, I provide clients weekly guidance utilising the methods I've used to get results with hundreds of clients over my career.

After working with James I have now got a clear understanding of how my body reacts to what I eat and how to properly structure my diet to suit what I am doing, be that looking to trim down more, maintain, or even load up a bit during footy season for more energy. Since working with James I now no longer stress about food. “ I came to James frustrated at the lack of results I was getting despite what felt like an enormous amount of effort I was investing! I was hardly eating, frequently getting sick, I felt gross, and my confidence was progressively getting worse.
If I’m honest, I was dubious of James’ initial recommendations. We increased calories so that I was eating more food, and we decreased the amount of cardio I was doing and started a more structured resistance training program. Within weeks of increasing calories, and working on diet quality I felt soooo much better. Not only were my energy levels up but my weight stayed much the same while I visibly reduced body fat. My strength sky rocketed and alongside it my confidence began to climb too.

“When I contacted James I was suffering from fatigue, had no real nutritional structure, had gained weight I’d previously lost and was struggling to lose it.

“Before working with James I was struggling with losing the fat I’d gained during pregnancy. I’d try for 1-2 weeks before losing losing motivation and regaining any weight lost.
With James I easily lost over 7kg. I moved from a sedentary lifestyle to an active lifestyle. “With James as coach, in 16 weeks I went from what I thought was a lean 63kg down to a pretty shredded 55kg, an 8kg loss on my small 5'6" frame, a massive visual difference. I maintained my strength or improved on my lifts and lost mostly fat. “If you have struggled with diets, portion sizes and exercise, James has a plan for you. The best thing about the entire program was the ease of following it. The meal plan was extensive but varied and the exercise program was easy to follow. The hardest part was finding the time to prep, but once that was done, the rest was much easier.
The facts and tips that James gives throughout our time together made so much sense. One meal which doesn't follow the plan is not going to ruin the whole journey. If an event was coming up, what can you do in order to limit the damage.
The weekly check-ins and follow ups keeps you in the zone. I have been able to have great results, even though I am in Hong Kong. Not to mention, I feel more energized more often. I used to hit a 'wall' at work, but was not getting that feeling until bedtime.
